Do you rent cars by the week or by the day?

We have both on weekly and daily rentals.

How much is a weekly rental?

Our standard rate is $450/week with insurance included or $350/week if you use your own full coverage insurance.

What kind of cars do you offer?

We offer clean, reliable sedans that are great for commuting, errands, work, and general daily use around Boston.

Is insurance included in the price?

Yes. If you choose the $450/week option, insurance is included. If you choose $350/week, you’ll use your own full coverage insurance.

Can I extend my weekly rental?

In most cases, yes. Just contact us before your current week ends and we’ll let you know if the car is available for another week.

What do I need to book a car?

You must be at least 21 years old.

You’ll need a valid driver’s license.

Fill out our application which includes a background check.

After you submit the form, we’ll confirm availability and next steps.

Where are you located / what areas do you serve?

We serve DALLAS/FT. WORTH and surrounding areas. Pickup details will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

What is the pickup and return process?

Once your booking is approved, we’ll confirm your pickup time and location, and share instructions for returning the car at the end of the week.

What if I need help during my rental?

You can reach out to us via text and email with questions about your booking, extensions, or returns and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

Do you accept debit cards, cash, or other payment methods?

We accept all forms except cash.

Is a security deposit required to book a car?

$100 refundable security deposit.

Are there mileage limits on your rentals?

Unlimited but you must advise if you will be traveling out of state.

Can someone else drive the rental car besides me?

No

What is your policy on late returns?

Late return are subject to fees if you do not inform us and have booking on the car.

Can I pick up or return the vehicle after business hours?

Yes, scheduled pick up can be arranged

Are pets, smoking, or vaping allowed in the vehicle?

No smoking, vaping or pets. If smoking smell or evidence is detected. You will forfeit you security deposit.

Do you offer pickup or delivery options?

Yes, we can deliver for $50

What happens if I get a toll, ticket, or traffic violation during my rental?

Notify us immediately, tolls must be paid in 48 hours.
